I'd like to see Arcade Fire, but I certainly don't care about getting tickets to see them at DAR. After the last show I saw there, I've pretty much resolved never to attend a concert there again. One day, when they play at the Hollywood Bowl, I'll fly to L.A or something.
I think this eliminates your blogspot eligibility. Please clear out your RSS feed by the end of the day, at which time security will escort you out.
Tom - you assume that either of us here know what an RSS feed is. We have no idea how the words we write even get on the internets.
i actually carve everything into stone tablets first.
No, no, you're not the only one, but then, I'm the one who got swooped upon madly by crazy indie music lovers, including at least one of the above commenters, when I proclaimed on the blog my hatred for The New Pornographers (and American Idol, incidentally...or, relatedly?). I feel exactly the same about Arcade Fire, but saw the ticket mania and decided that for my safety I should probably keep it to myself this time.
i call heather for my team.
Goddammit to hell, you mean I spent an entire Saturday morning working feverishly to secure my bloggy street cred, and you've all moved on?
If anyone needs me, I'll be over at Craiglist.
