Tom kind of beat me to it before my laptop battery died, but here's a downloadable version that I made of the sound clip.
ALthough I don't know if it'll repeat on it's own once it's on the phone, or if you need the actual file to have something like a 15 second repeated sequence.
Ok, this could (possibly) work. However, my somewhat old phone doesn't appear to be among those supported, and it's finicky about web access anyway, so I haven't been able to test it out.
I also put up one of Derek Zoolander saying "you're ridiculously good looking". Because, well, I already had the clip, so why not.

1. capture the sound to a wav/mp3. on a mac, use Audio Hijack. On a PC, Audacity or the windows sound recorder should cut it.
2. set up a store at xingtone.com (or explore the non-store option; I'm not familiar with it. Create your ringtones.
3. use the 3 free ringtone downloads to get it on your phone
I'd've given this a shot for you, but flash is screwed up on my computer at the moment and I can't seem to play any of the mooninite sounds.
