And knowing's half the battle

Outside of job, I’ve been eligible for arrest for every trip I've made into the district for the past 8 years.

Outside of job, I've had no other reason to come into the district for the past 8 years.

yeah, how scary's that shit? and to think, i used to drive home after finishing my shifts at the bar. i even got followed a couple times. wow, was i a moron.
